Membership Services Manager 6 months full time contract – start date 1st June 2013

The role of Membership Services Manager will provide full marketing and social media support to the CEO. The role requires that the candidate has excellent inter-personal, written communication and organisational skills. As this is a start-up the candidate needs to be tenacious, adaptable and able to think on his/her feet and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial start-up environment with limited structure.

The candidate needs a minimum of 5 years experience in marketing communication, including design and delivery of an events program . The ideal candidate will also have at least 2 years experience of using social media to drive program or sales activities. A high degree of computer literacy is essential. Ideally the candidate will have knowledge and experience with the key target audience of black and Asian entrepreneurs and others in the creative industries. Experience of working within a not-for-profit with demonstrable commitment to diversity is highly desirable, equally is experience of working in the private sector.
