New roles at MeWe360 – MeWe Operations Manager 6 months Full Time Contract

Operations Manager – 6 months Full Time Contract starting date post April 2013

The role of Operations Manager will provide Financial, Legal, Marketing, Operational and HR support to the CEO and Company Secretarial duties on behalf of the Board of Non Executive Trustees. The role reports to the CEO and requires that the candidate is highly numerate with strong inter-personal and communication skills. As this is a start-up the candidate needs to be tenacious, adaptable and able to think on his/her feet and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial start-up environment with limited structure.

The candidate needs to have a sound understanding of the principles of commercial accounting and marketing.  A minimum of 10 years experience in financial and management accounting, legal administration, marketing and HR administration. The candidate will be highly proficient with office software and accountancy software. Experience of working within a not-for-profit with demonstrable commitment to diversity is highly desirable, as is experience of working in the private sector.
